The Leaders Romans Group (LRG) is delighted to announce the recent promotion of Tim Foreman to Managing Director of Land and New Homes for both Leaders and Romans.

Tim is a long-standing employee, having joined Romans in 2012 as New Homes Manager before his promotion to Managing Director of the department in April 2017.

“Since joining the Romans New Homes division over 7 years ago, I have had the pleasure of watching the department grow and change beyond recognition. Now with a number of developments across counties including Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Berkshire, Middlesex, Oxfordshire and Surrey, the relationship we have with local and national house builders is stronger than ever.

“Following Romans’ merge with Leaders in 2016, I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to extend my passion and knowledge for the New Homes market and very much look forward to continuing to develop strong business relationships with house builders, developers and landowners across the country as we grow Leaders’ New Homes presence.”

Tim’s promotion follows the launch of LRG’s Shared Ownership division, which has already helped 175 first-time buyers step on to the property ladder. “Over the years, we have built an excellent track record with national and regional developers, institutions and landowners who recognise us as trusted market experts with strong business principles,” says Tim.

“Not only do Leaders and Romans’ Land and New Homes departments promise to grow fruitfully in the coming months and years, they will continue to work collaboratively with the Group’s growing number of property services including Shared Ownership, Corporate Sales, Lettings and Property Management and of course, Residential Sales.”
