Michael has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry and joined the company 13 years ago as a member of the original team in Romans’ market-leading Basingstoke office when the branch first started trading. Michael has a broad experience across Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Acquisitions and the Group’s Corporate portfolios. He was also the catalyst in establishing the Group’s central Contact Centre and took a lead role in the merger of Leaders and Romans.

In 2016 he became National Lettings Managing Director, where he was responsible for both building and managing the Group’s Lettings portfolio across our national network of branches through both a combination of organic growth in existing and new territories, as well as through acquisition. In 2022, he was promoted to become Group Managing Director.

Michael lives in Mattingley with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys keeping active and participates in a number of sports. He is a member of his local running club and enjoys competing in a range of organised events, as well as just exploring new routes and trails locally.
