James has thrived in estate agency for over 15 years, with 11 years at Countrywide and Spicerhaart (roles ranging from branch negotiator, to manager, to area manager and then to Operations Director and then Divisional Director) before joining Move With Us as Business Development Director for Part Exchange and Corporate Sales.

James joined LRG in July 2018 with a track record of delivering lucrative new corporate client revenue streams and constantly evolving in any challenging market to deliver growth and profit. James runs LRG’s new Corporate Clients department, a ground breaking service which offers commercial-strength sales and professional services to Corporate Clients, nationwide. James is responsible for authoring the service and delivering Part Exchange, Assisted Sale, Shared Ownership Sale and Disposal Sale opportunities into our enormous and expanding branch network.

James has been passionate about property and keen on new-build developments for decades, having built several new-build houses in England and holiday houses in France, as well as investing in property for rental return.

James lives in Bristol with his wife and two daughters. He loves reading, swimming, architecture and renovating houses.
