Leaders Romans Group (LRG) is further strengthening its presence in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire with the acquisition of Lenwell – a well-respected multi-office lettings agent.
Lenwell was established in 1990 with the opening of its Luton office. Today, it manages thousands of properties across seven offices in Luton, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Hitchin, Northampton, Dunstable and Aylesbury. Through its Leaders brand, LRG already has strong representation in Milton Keynes and Bedford, but this acquisition represents an opportunity to support more landlords and tenants in these areas. It will also enable LRG to establish itself in five new markets, building upon Lenwell’s strong legacy.
The move will also see LRG welcome 46 Lenwell employees to its group, all of whom boast expert knowledge of their local areas. Former owner of Lenwell, Rob Wellstead, will take up the position of consultant to LRG.

LRG is aiming to build upon this transaction, and is continuing to identify further acquisition opportunities nationwide.
