We are delighted to announce that Andrew Groom has joined Leaders Romans Group after being appointed as a surveyor for Hose Rhodes Dickson. Andrew’s first role in estate agency was locally on the Isle of Wight, after leaving school in 1986. His manager at the time was Richard Dickson who later founded Hose Rhodes Dickson.
He has since completed a Valuation and Surveying degree at what is now Solent University, worked for the Department of the Environment in Portsmouth and as Head of Estates and Valuation at New Forest District Council.
A resident of the Isle of Wight throughout his career, he returned to work on the island in 2016 following an appointment by Daniells Harrison, before taking on his current role at Hose Rhodes Dickson.
Andrew undertakes surveys and valuations for the residential and capital and rental valuations for the commercial sector.
