Leaders Romans Group has renewed its commitment to growth in 2017 with the acquisition of a local firm in Nottingham.

Leaders Romans Group last week completed the purchase of Bulmer Estates, a family-run business owned by Andrew and Rebecca Bulmer and based in the West Bridgford area of the city.

It is the latest stage in Leaders Romans Group’s ambitious expansion strategy, which saw it acquire more than 100 businesses in the ten years to the end of 2016 and create a combined branch network of more than 150.

Matthew Light, group acquisitions director at the Leaders Romans Group, says: “We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Bulmer Estates, a popular and successful company with a reputation for excellence in lettings and property management across Nottingham.

“The Bulmer Estates team will join forces with our existing branch in Nottingham to offer a comprehensive range of services not only to landlords and tenants, but also to those looking to sell a property in the city.

“This acquisition represents continued growth for Leaders Romans Group and is a sign of our confidence in the market. What’s more, we have a number of other acquisitions in the pipeline and we look forward to expanding our business further during the second half of 2017.”

Mr and Mrs Bulmer wished to sell their firm in order to concentrate on other business opportunities.

Leaders Romans Group initially moved into Nottingham in 2015 with the acquisition of PWR Lettings & Sales.
