Tim has 30 years’ experience in the Land and New Homes sector and has worked for some of the industry’s best known companies – such as The Berkeley Group, Laing Homes and Crest Nicholson.

Tim oversees the whole of the group’s Land and New Homes business, currently a team of over 40 professionals working in the department on a daily basis. Our Land & New Homes team act for numerous national and local developers advising them on all aspects of New Homes development.

Tim likes to travel and when not looking at brand new properties his main interest is visiting ancient historical sites such as Rome, Petra in Jordan and the Pyramids in Egypt.
