Having worked within the industry for 25 years, starting as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator Sue has worked her way up to Corporate Lettings Director. During this she has built up a considerable amount of experience by working across the UK in different market places, meaning that she understands the benefits of various management styles internally and externally. This enables her to build external relationships with individual or large corporate clients.

Sue enjoys working with her team and building a positive environment, while ensuring that the team are working in accordance with both the Leaders Romans Group processes, systems and controls as well as our clients SLA’s and KPI’s.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time being a mother, wife and grandmother to her lovely blended family, as well as spending time with the family dog Piper, meaning that there’s never a dull moment in her household. Sue enjoys going travelling with her husband or the family for some time to relax and spends a lot of time walking the dog, whilst recently has found a new hobby – clay pigeon shooting.
