Simon Worthington – Group Transformation Director

Prior to joining LRG, Simon has worked for over 15 years in various roles across the media industry. He started out as a strategy consultant, working on a variety of projects across Europe, from driving audience share at Romanian TV channels to delivering new sales strategies for professional information providers in Scandinavia. After leaving consulting, Simon worked for Hearst Magazines International, followed by Global Outdoor, where he most recently managed the portfolio of large and small format roadside billboards, looking to improve relationships with landlords while developing and implementing a strategy to digitize the estate.

Simon has joined LRG as Group Transformation Director; a role designed to work closely with the senior management team to help improve the performance of the business by supporting on transformative initiatives across the Group.

When not working, Simon enjoys playing golf, watching sport (football and formula 1) and spending time with his wife taking their dog for long walks.
