Richard O’Neill has over 14 years’ experience in the lettings industry and joined the company in 2006 as a member of the team Romans’ Reading office. He quickly worked his way up the ranks being promoted to Lettings Manager for Tilehurst before opening the Aldershot office and becoming Regional Director for Lettings. Richard moved into his role as Managing Director for Romans Lettings in 2018.

In 2021, Richard also became Managing Director for Moginie James and Gibbs Gillespie Lettings, showing a strong focus on both building and managing the lettings portfolio.

Richard lives in Aldershot. In his spare time, he enjoys keeping active and following sport, especially Rugby. Richard regularly catches up with old colleagues from his time in the Army prior to joining the property industry and has taken part in a number of charity events and enjoys traveling.
