Paul started his career in estate agency in the early 1990’s with Countrywide in Surrey. Prior to Leaders Romans Group he was with Badger Holdings for 9 years as an Area Sales Director gaining valuable experience in managing larger teams and diversifying into new areas.

Paul is now the Head of Corporate Sales for the group which has grown massively since he joined the business in 2019. He has a track record of delivering excellent results which works to provide a full sales and marketing service for many aspects including Part Exchange, Chain Break, probate and asset management sales on behalf of several well-appointed corporate clients across the UK. Focusing on building and motivating a network of high performance sales teams to be highly effective and deliver outstanding customer service.
