Kiersty started her career in Marketing within the automotive and financial services industries before joining Romans’ two-man Marketing team in 2008 as a Marketing Executive. Here, she swiftly worked through the ranks, helping to grow the department by excelling in positions including Assistant Manager, Manager, Head of Department and now Director of Marketing for the Leaders Romans Group.

Overseeing a department now comprising over twenty marketing professionals, Kiersty’s key responsibility is to drive the team to bring new and innovative products to life through creative campaigns.

In her spare time, Kiersty enjoys travelling to – and exploring – new destinations, whilst also keeping fit by training and competing in CrossFit.
