Kathy started her career in 1979 as a secretary to the partner of a small estate agency in Fareham. Following a career break to start a family in 1982, Kathy returned to the industry in 1989 and enjoyed a successful career with Halifax Estate Agents working across both the sales and lettings divisions before being acquired by Leaders in 2003.

Kathy is Head of Acquisition Integration for the Leaders Romans Group. Kathy works closely with business sellers, LRG Managing Directors, Regional Directors across the Lettings, Sales, Property Management and Central Operational Support divisions ensuring the successful integration of the newly acquired businesses. Making sure all new colleagues and clients feel supported during the transition across to LRG is really important to Kathy.

Kathy is married and spends her spare time with her grown up son and daughter, visiting family, friends and participating in charity events which include Race for Life, cycle rides, danceathons and more recently open water swimming. Playing netball since leaving school, Kathy recently hung up her netball bib but continues to meet her former netball team players every month at their newly formed book/wine club…………not many books have been read !
