Hannah started her HR career path by undertaking a business honours degree with Human Resource Management as her specialism at the University of the West of England where she achieved a 2:1. She later went on to study for her Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management whilst working in her first HR role within the Biotechnology industry.

She joined Leaders in 2013 as a HR Advisor and progressed during her time to Head of HR Operations, overseeing the HR operations for the Leaders Romans Group of over 2,000 employees. Now as Group HR Director, Hannah is responsible for ensuring compliance with employment legislation, treating our employees fairly and the successful delivery of HR, recruitment and employee development. Leaders Romans Group is a business that is very focused on its people and that there would be no business without our hardworking and determined employees.

Hannah enjoys going on holiday and visiting new places with her husband. She loves spending the breaks sitting in the sun with a cocktail or two. She has two cats, called Tilly and Scamp who love a cuddle on the sofa too.
