Dan is a chartered surveyor with over 20 years of experience and has worked within the Leaders Romans Group since 1994.

Dan is a MRICS qualified surveyor and has considerable experience in providing detailed commercial and residential surveys and valuations. Dan has also acted as an expert witness in valuation matters.

In his role as chartered surveyor and company Director, Dan is responsible for our survey and valuation business. Dan works with a range of different clients; from sole traders to corporate buyers, those looking for a single purchase or a portfolio of properties.

Married with two daughters, Dan spends his free time motorcycling, football and surfing – he’s able to entertain an entire beach for hours with his ability to fall off a surf board!
