Having previously worked in the Financial Services sector, Andy joined the Leaders Romans Group in 2016. He had oversight responsibility of our then newly acquired Southend branch which enabled Andy to successfully develop his brand emphasising the importance of people development, exceptional customer service and a focus on the detail.

This functioned as a catalyst for further promotions and appointment to Managing Director (Lettings South Division) in April 2022. Andy loves to live by the sea in Southend and, when not working, has a passion for cars, cycling, travelling the globe and enjoying time with family and friends.
