Andy has worked in the private rented sector for over 25 years and joined LRG from his previous roles at LSL Corporate Client (Director) and Allsop LLP (Managing Director) where he helped build and restructure corporate client property divisions, managing many of the UK’s larger lender and landlord owned residential portfolios and investments across the UK.

Now the Group Director of Corporate (Sales & Lettings) and Build to Rent for LRG, Andy oversees the running of a large team of personnel, providing asset management services for large institutional grade corporate clients, Build to Rent developers and PRS operators. We are heavily focused on asset development and maximising the performance of each of these assets throughout the entire property lifecycle, on behalf of all our important clients. “I’m very excited to be one of the Directors at LRG as the company is innovative and highly entrepreneurial, where we place all our customers at the heart of everything we do.

Andy has been lucky enough to live in Devon for many years and still has property there today (my happy place), now living in Kingston-Upon-Thames, Andy enjoys cycling, tennis and his daily run with his extremely energetic Cockapoo!
