An in-house maintenance service for landlords

Three Sixty Maintenance, part of Leaders Romans Group, was set up to provide an in-house service for landlords that are managed by Leaders and Romans’ property management teams.

This direct relationship allows Three Sixty Maintenance to ensure an efficient service is delivered and effective communication is maintained between both parties, so that information is freely available for both landlords and tenants.

Led by Joel Osbourne, the team is always on hand to carry out both pre-scheduled appointments as well as emergency requests. They are highly experienced in handling a variety of challenges on a daily basis, and have a dedicated customer helpline to ensure landlords get the help they need as quickly as possible.
