Our Role
LRG acted on behalf of the landowners to secure a development partner to promote the site through the local plan.
Outcome
Wates Developments successfully secured a draft allocation for the site. Subject to continued support from the Local Planning Authority, a planning application will be submitted in due course. Once planning permission has been granted, LRG will market the site to housebuilders to bring forward development.
