Our Role
Working in conjunction with Hose Rhodes Dickson (HRD), LRG provides commercial property management services on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council. Our responsibilities include:
- Rent and Service Charge Collection – Ensuring timely payments from tenants and managing service charge budgets efficiently.
- Health & Safety Compliance – Conducting weekly inspections and ensuring tenants meet statutory requirements.
- Building Maintenance – Overseeing reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance to uphold asset value.
- Procurement & Cost Management – Securing competitive contracts to deliver cost-effective property management solutions.

By attending regular asset management meetings with the Isle of Wight Council, LRG ensures that Columbine Building is managed efficiently and cost-effectively.
