Our Role

LRG was appointed to jointly manage and maintain Buckler’s Park, ensuring the smooth operation and long-term success of this growing community. 

  • Property Management: Overseeing the maintenance and management of a mix of high-quality homes, including two- and three-bedroom houses with private gardens and parking, as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments with outdoor space and allocated parking.
  • Sustainability Focus: Each home is designed with energy efficiency in mind, featuring bespoke kitchens with Bosch appliances, air source heat pumps, and EV chargers to support carbon reduction efforts.
  • Resident Experience: Providing a well-maintained and welcoming environment for residents, ensuring properties are kept in top condition and all tenant needs are met.
  • Community Growth: Supporting the ongoing expansion of Buckler’s Park as new homes continue to be released to meet growing demand.
