Working closely with planning consultants at Boyer, planning permission was secured for a high-quality residential scheme comprising 28 dwellings. This permission was achieved through proactive engagement with the local planning authority, demonstrating the sustainable benefits of redeveloping the site while ensuring compliance with Green Belt policy.
To ensure a smooth transition from planning approval to construction, Boyer is actively managing the discharge of planning conditions. The developer, Nicholas King Homes, is preparing to commence construction later this year, marking the next stage in delivering much-needed housing in this desirable location.
