Since joining LRG in November 2012 as a Call Centre Adviser, Tom has built a successful career within the business, progressing through multiple roles to become Manager and ultimately leading the Lettings Call Centre. He later transitioned into the Sales division as Head of Operations – Sales in 2021, before stepping into his current role as Group Operations Director (Sales).
Today, as Group Operations Director (Sales), Tom plays a key role in driving operational excellence across the Sales division, leading Sales Progression, Sales Compliance and Administration functions and maintaining strong relationships with third-party partners and suppliers.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his young family, cooking, hiking and tackling DIY projects – with varying degrees of success!
