Sophia joined LRG from LRQA, a PE owned global assurance business, with previous experience in the maritime industry, corporate law, utilities, hospitality and defence. Sophia has 20 years’ experience across a variety of IT roles in infrastructure, architecture, app development and large scale digital transformation, with a specialist background in Microsoft technologies.
In her role as Chief Technical Officer, Sophia helps shape and deliver the LRG digital and technological roadmap, touching all areas and divisions within the business, with a keen focus on automation and AI.
Outside work, Sophia is a keen gym goer, previously competing in a number of weightlifting and strength events – she is unbeaten in the truck pull event!
