Silvana is Head of Start Lease Extension, a division of the Acorn Group, where she has been instrumental in its growth since its launch in 2017. She is committed to helping clients navigate the complexities of leasehold property ownership, with a particular focus on increasing property value through lease extensions. To date, Silvana has successfully supported over 800 clients through this process, delivering both financial value and peace of mind.
She joined the Acorn Group in 2015 in Start Financail services as a Client Retention and General Insurance Consultant, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in financial services and business development. Her career includes managerial roles at respected institutions such as ANZ Investment Bank, Capita Registrars, and Halifax Bank of Scotland, where she held multiple managerial positions.
Born to Italian parents and deeply passionate about all things Italy, Silvana lives in Bromley with her husband. She recently became a grandmother—a role she’s thoroughly enjoying.
