Jemma joined LRG in 2019 and is the Group Finance Director. An ACA-qualified accountant with over 15 years of experience, Jemma has a strong background in both statutory reporting and commercial finance. Beyond her core responsibilities, Jemma has played a key role in procurement, finance transformations and acquisition integration.
Jemma's diverse experience spans multiple industries, including property and real estate, manufacturing and FMCG, with a foundation in auditing.
In 2024, Jemma earned her ARLA Level 3 Qualification in Residential Letting and Property Management, becoming a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
Outside of work, she loves to travel, learning Spanish, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
