With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, Dan began his career at Romans in 2005 and advanced through a series of senior roles, ultimately becoming Regional Director. During this period, he worked extensively with several of the Group’s highest-performing residential sales offices, contributing to sustained growth, operational improvement, and the development of high-performing teams.
In 2025, Dan was appointed Managing Director with responsibility for the Chancellors sales business following its acquisition by LRG. This appointment followed his leadership of the Portico sales business from 2024 and the Gibbs Gillespie network since 2021, both of which joined the Group through acquisition. Collectively, these three established brands represent a significant proportion of LRG’s residential sales presence across London and the Home Counties.
Dan is recognised for his disciplined, results-focused leadership style and his commitment to building strong organisational cultures. He places particular emphasis on talent development, employee engagement, and the consistent delivery of high-quality performance across all operational areas.
As LRG continues to expand its national footprint, Dan has played a central role in the integration of multiple business acquisitions and the successful launch of new offices. His experience in managing complex transitions and aligning teams under a unified strategic direction has been instrumental in supporting the Group’s ongoing growth.
Outside of work, Dan is married with two children and enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, with a particular interest in keeping fit.
