Charles joined Leaders in 2007 to lead the development of the Group’s insurance offering, with a focus on tenant and landlord insurance. Leveraging his extensive industry experience, he has built a strong and successful insurance division that supports the Group’s broader strategic objectives.
As part of this growth, Charles has worked closely with offshore insurers to develop bespoke policies tailored to the Group’s evolving needs. He currently serves as Director of Bode Insurance Solutions Limited, the Group’s FCA-regulated insurance entity.
Charles is committed to professional excellence, with a strong focus on risk management, operational performance, and sustainable growth. His leadership continues to drive the expansion of the insurance division within the wider Group.
Outside of work, Charles is an avid hiker and has completed Sweden’s iconic King’s Trail, taking in the dramatic beauty of its Arctic landscapes.
