LRG has announced the successful completion of the highly respected scottfraser business in Oxford.
Established in 1998 by previous owners David Blythman, Andrew Greenwood and Peter Scott, the scottfraser lettings and sales business has gone from strength to strength.
The high-quality, lettings-focused business has four Oxford offices: two located in Headington, one in Summertown and one in East Oxford, while its fifth office is located in Witney – 13 miles to the west of Oxford.
Following LRG’s acquisition of QB Management in 2014, Leaders already has a presence in Headington. However, scottfraser’s existing reputation in Oxford and the surrounding areas as one of the best agents in the city is the perfect opportunity to transform and expand LRG’s presence in this market. Therefore all scottfraser branches will remain under the scottfraser branding.
LRG is thrilled to welcome the 67 employees, who will transfer over to the Group. The owners, after a short handover period, will leave the business followingcompletion, but remain as consultants. All of the Senior Management team will remain with the business to ensure a smooth transitional process, and that business continues as normal for existing clients of scottfraser.
