LRG has played a significant role in supporting both the Build to Rent and for-sale elements of the development - demonstrating the power of cross-divisional collaboration across the Group.
Since our appointment in 2023, LRG’s Corporate Build to Rent, Lettings, and Property Management teams have jointly managed over 100 high-quality rental homes at the development. These energy-efficient houses and apartments feature air source heat pumps, Bosch kitchens, EV chargers and allocated parking, designed to meet the needs of modern renters.
Beyond the rental offering, Cala Homes is now selling homes across new phases of Buckler’s Park with support from LRG’s New Homes division, providing sales and marketing expertise.
Our Boyer team has also made a significant contribution to the site’s evolution, having been appointed by Cala Homes to provide architectural services on the initial phases of the site.
In fact, LRG’s involvement stretches all the way back to 2016, when our Market Intelligence team supported Legal & General with early site optimisation analysis - playing a role in shaping the vision for Buckler’s Park long before the first home was built.
