The Leaders Romans Group (LRG) is thrilled to introduce Sarah Thompson to the senior management team, as she joins the business as Managing Director of Financial Services.
Sarah started her career as an estate agent in Gosport in 1988 before making the leap into the Financial Services sector in 1991, joining LSL Property Services. Since then, she has enjoyed a variety of roles throughout her career, including Financial Consultant, Regional Sales Manager and Head of Business Development for insurance giant Aviva, before re-joining LSL as Financial Services Director in 2001.
Sarah continued building on her career with LSL by leading a number of Financial Services Managers for the South region – and later LSL’s London division – before transferring into a Business Development Director role in March 2018.
“I’m very excited to be joining the Leaders Romans Group. The company is innovative and entrepreneurial, placing customers at the heart of everything they do.
“I am hoping that with my experience, the team and I can work together to implement more strategic direction, and I look forward to expanding the financial services proposition to help our clients make sound property decisions both in residential sales and lettings.”
Sarah will be assisting the Financial Services team in further developing their strong relationship with the Mortgage Advice Bureau, which currently offers the Group in excess of 100 mortgage lenders and access to four life insurance/protection companies. Furthermore, Sarah is keen to grow LRG’s Financial Services team, boosting the mortgage advisor population by 50% and enabling the business to provide their clients with the very best advice, whatever their position.
