Romans welcomes former Countrywide Director as they continue to strengthen and expand property services

The Leaders Romans Group (LRG) is delighted to welcome Marc Williams into the fold. Marc will be joining Romans’ Reading branch as Sales Manager, following a six-year stint with property services competitor, Countrywide.

Having joined Gascoigne Pees in November 2013, Marc has enjoyed a successful career with the firm, overseeing positions including Branch Associate, Area Manager and more recently, Regional Director for Gascoigne Pees and Carson & Co.

Marc’s dedication to delivering a first-class customer experience, understanding clients’ property requirements and his proven track record of developing and retaining successful sales teams are just a few of the many reasons why Romans are pleased to be welcoming him aboard.

Romans’ Reading office has been one of the company’s most successful branches since its opening in 2001. Marc will be joining an experienced and close-knit team, which has changed less than a handful of times in its 18-year history.

Marc’s appointment sees former Sales Manager Peter Hawley take on a new challenge as LRG’s Shared Ownership Sales Manager. Peter has so far spent 7 years with Romans and has won a number of individual quarterly, annual and incentive awards.

Antony Gibson, Managing Director of Romans Residential Sales, comments, “I am delighted to welcome Marc Williams to the Romans team to build further on the great work done by Peter at Reading and in doing so, enabling Peter to take up his new role as LRG’s Shared Ownership Sales Manager. I have no doubt that their respective impressive track records thus far will stand them in good stead as we propel both our Shared Ownership and Residential Sales divisions forward.”

LRG launched its own Shared Ownership division earlier this year, as the company proves its dedication to expand its property service offerings to accommodate the ever-changing property market. With an emphasis on helping first-time buyers onto the ladder, Peter will be joining Shared Ownership Director, Adrian Plant, in commanding LRG’s space in the market as a leading Shared Ownership sales agent.
