Leaders Romans Group (LRG), one of the UK’s largest property services groups, has completed a new acquisition which will extend its coverage into Swindon.
Dewhurst Lettings is a popular local letting agent with the second highest market share in the area, based on Rightmove instructions.
The business has grown organically since its inception in 1996, with its owner Mike Dewhurst now looking to solely concentrate on land and new homes.
The lettings business is set to transition to become a new Romans branch over the next few weeks, with its location in Swindon sitting neatly between existing branches in Reading and Bath.
The move will see LRG welcome the existing employees of Dewhurst Lettings, further growing the group’s headcount following four more acquisitions earlier in the year.
