Leaders Romans Group make their move into block management
The Leaders Romans Group (LRG) is delighted to announce the acquisition of Revolution Property Management, a block management business based in the heart of Manchester. This will be LRG’s first move into block management and they are pleased to report that all staff will remain with the business and continue to trade from its location on Deansgate, not far from Leaders’ Manchester branch.
Matthew Light, Group Mergers and Acquisitions Director, said “This is a significant acquisition for LRG. We have wanted to increase our service offering to include block management expertise for some time but we were keen to find the right business to provide a platform to do this. Revolution is the leading independent block management business in Manchester and as we looked closer at the business it became clear that it was a good fit for us. We believe there are significant opportunities to grow this business both organically and through acquisition and we will be looking to do both in the coming years.”
Lee Burkitt, ex-owner of Revolution, is leaving the business after a short handover. Lee commented “I would like to thank everybody who has had an involvement within Revolution for the last 13 years for their support and guidance. I now leave Revolution in the best hands possible with the best support network and exciting opportunities. I really look forward to seeing what it does over the next 10 years.”
LRG continues to look for further acquisitions across both lettings and block management with a view to building a strong pipeline for the second half of 2019. If you have a business to sell, contact Matthew at mlight@lrg.co.uk
