Leaders Romans Group have announced they are back on the acquisition trail again, with plans to continue to expand both brands through the acquisition of lettings businesses in 2017.

Matthew Light, group acquisitions director at estate agents Leaders Romans Group, says the company is looking to acquire businesses and expand its presence across the UK after “a short break to assess the changing market”.

He explains: “2017 is set to be another exciting year for Leaders Romans Group as we look to continue our growth. We are actively looking for quality lettings companies across the country, but particularly in the south, south-east, Midlands and north-west, to purchase and merge with our highly successful network of over 150 branches.

“Anybody who is thinking about selling their lettings business should get in touch now so that we can consider if their firm meets our criteria. We may be interested in making an offer to acquire.

“In addition to the key geographic areas mentioned, we will also consider acquiring quality lettings portfolios and businesses in other parts of the country, so all owners are encouraged to get in touch and receive our valuation.”

Leaders Romans Group have acquired more than 100 businesses of various sizes in the last decade and are widely considered to be the preferred acquirer in the industry.
