Based in the North West, Rebloom has been managing a variety of building sizes, locations and property types since 2013, with a particular focus on delivering management activities following strict standards, delivering a safe place to live and improving the quality of life for all residents. They currently manage in excess of 550 units in and around the areas of Liverpool and Manchester.
LRG is delighted to confirm that all existing members of staff will remain with the business and the LRG and Rebloom teams will be working closely with Mark Carey to ensure a smooth handover is completed for Rebloom’s portfolio, before he leaves the business.
This latest acquisition sees LRG continue to expand their brand into the Corporate Lettings and Block Management fields, and comes hot on the heels of the Group’s acquisition of Revolution Property Management in March this year.
Matthew Light, Group Mergers and Acquisitions Director at LRG, comments: “In addition to broadening our estate and lettings agency reach, we are also working hard to expand our Block Management services.
As the Group continues to diversify its service offerings within the residential corporate property markets, the acquisition of Rebloom represents an excellent opportunity for us to spread both the geographical and service offering coverage of LRG, adding to our completion of Revolution Block Management in early 2019.”
The Leaders Romans Group has now completed on over 150 successful acquisitions, making it the UK property industry’s leading acquirer. Matt advises, “If you are considering selling your property services business – in particular a property or block management business – the Leaders Romans Group adopts a hands-on approach to help business owners achieve their objectives.
