The Leaders Romans Group (LRG) has announced the successful completion of yet another acquisition for Leaders Ltd – Essex and Suffolk Lettings, previously owned by Jane Whiteman.
Based on Headgate in Colchester, the single branch lettings agency currently manages over 300 tenancies, with the majority of the portfolio sitting in and around the Colchester area. The entire portfolio will transfer to Leaders’ managed service, doubling Leaders’ local market share.
Leaders is delighted to be welcoming all existing employees to the business and will be working with Jane Whiteman to ensure a smooth handover before she leaves the business to retire from the property industry. The existing Essex and Suffolk Lettings office on Headgate will close and all employees will relocate to Leaders’ established office, just 100yds along the same road.
