LRG’s Land and Development Team has had its most successful year to date, with contracts being exchanged on 20 new sites totalling 3,500 new plots. The pipeline of plots that LRG is acting on and are being promoted through the planning system amounts to 12,000 across the UK.

So 2023 has started well for the Land team despite some economic and political uncertainties in the months ahead and looks set to continue.
